Alison Huber-Jewett is a folk artist with a love of antiques and early American history. This love has inspired her to paint primitive country folk art designs such as authentic Revolutionary War period flags, animals with profound personality, replicated early New-England wall stencil designs and more.
Alison grew up in New Hampshire with the influence of her mother, an accomplished watercolorist and teacher, as well as other talented artists in her family. She is supported by a strong family and was taught creativity and art from her mother through personal independence, individuality and simple country living. |
